Two stitch suportlo watch strap

This is a strap that ticks all the boxes. It is made from one of the finest leathers from the Degermann tannery in Alsace region of France which provides hides to the top luggage, handbag, watch brands and even to European royalty. This is a full grain aniline double tannage leather stuffed with fats and oils to give it a quality that will endure.

I want to user of this strap to see and experience the leather. I have kept the design classical with a twist of having only a single floating keeper. I feel this design matches the quality and also sturdiness that this leather has.
The strap is unlined to keep the strap minimal, but that is not to say it is a disadvantage. The underside in soft and great to wear against the skin, allowing you to really feel the quality.
The colour is a warm reddish tan which will develop a lovely patina over time.
The strap has straight stitching across the top near the watch. I have done this in a contrasting “ecru” linen thread (hand stitched), keeping the look understated.

As with all my straps I personally make each strap to order to ensure that it is finished to the highest standards. I use only traditional craft techniques and no machines in their creation. I also hand stitch every part. Although all this is labor intensive the end result is worth all the effort, especially as I will have created something unique and beautiful that will be admired and used.

Strap Details: The strap pictured is a 20mm tapered to 18mm, with 1 floating keeper 10mm wide. Top stitching in ecru (off white) waxed linen thread.
The edges are all coloured, finished and burnished.
The size is 115mm/ 75mm which will fit the average wrist.

Straps will be tapered as standard to fit these buckle sizes: *can be custom tapered on request.
